Hi Michael,

The results are indeed surprising to me: the difference between the two candidates is much higher than what I expected from the primary. I'm waiting to have your insights on this issue. It seems that people who didn't vote for Al Vann nor MWG in the primary finally ended up voting for Al Vann. Which is the exact opposite of what I expected. In addition the endorsements by Charles Barron and Al Sharpton didn't seem to benefit MWG. I'm not sure how to understand this election...

According to Brooklyn Ron, Al Vann was bitter about the tone of the campaign. He was upset and he was seeking some sort of a revenge. It was surprising because you can see MWG on a video calling Al Vann a legend and paying tribute to his work...

Anyway, waiting for your post tomorrow.

Well Vinny, the script seems to write itself.

I'm beginning to question whether You and I are seeing what we thought the community was seeing from Al Vann the past 8 years.

They've just empowered him without a mandate.

What a shame... Al Vann doesn't even come to work... That community deserves all gets for not voting
